The Strawberry Bank Museum is located on approximately 10 acres of vast grounds. It has historic buildings, traditional gardens, practical traditional crafts, and a waterfront paddle dock. It features over 300 years of American history, including costumes and role-playing, recreating lives of those who worked in the waterfront neighborhood of Puddle Dock.
The Strawbery Banke Museum hosts unforgettable events throughout the year. Baby Animals: Banke’s Heritage Breeds have dozens of traditional breeds and their mothers, while Vintage & Vine offers exquisite wines, treats, delicious desserts and many unique silent auctions.
The Labrie Family Skate at Puddle Dock Pond is an outdoor seasonal ice skating rink created by a committee of volunteers in partnership with the Strawbery Banke Museum.
The Strawbery Banke Museum has reconstructed a historic garden dating back around four centuries, some of which are original plots.Each garden is a typical building with a long history, showing the plants and planting techniques of the time.
