Rotary Botanical Gardens is a 20-acre award-winning non-profit botanical garden with many eye-catching themed gardens. Some gardens are international, such as Japanese gardens and English cottage gardens, while others are less formal, such as children’s gardens, hosta flowers, fern and moss gardens, and other seasonal exhibits.
Many gardens are also accessible for wheelchairs and strollers, and the wide, flat streets are equipped with numerous benches, so you can sit and enjoy the surrounding views. Every summer, we partner with the Hedberg Public Library to organize a Story Walk project that introduces picture books for children. A spectacular Christmas light show will be held in December. In July 2018 the wellness garden including the labyrinth was completed.
