The Minnesota Landscape Botanical Garden was named America Today’s top ten gardens and serves 22,500 members, 1,000 volunteers, and more than 334,000 visitors annually. The Arboretum is a powerful extension of the University of Minnesota’s School of Food, Agriculture and Natural Resource Sciences. It has 32 professional exhibits and gardens, 48 botanical gardens, and 1,200 acres of over 5,000 varieties and varieties of plants. The botanical garden is located on State Hwy.5, 15 miles west of the intersection with Interstate 494, and is open 363 days a year.
