You now have the chance to visit the Hoyt Botanical Garden. You can participate in the park and its educational opportunities in a variety of ways, including family-friendly activities and excursions, and volunteer activities on Saturdays. On the way back, have a picnic under the magnolia or on the scenic trail.
Hoyt Avolium is a tree museum located in Portland, Oregon, which displays more than 2,300 trees and plants from around the world. It has grown 6,000 plant species on six continents, 63 of which are endangered. The botanical garden is free to the public and sits on a 189-acre ridge, accessible on a 12-mile trail. The visitor center offers public places for outdoor recreation throughout the year and provides lectures, travel and educational materials to learn about natural conservation and plant biodiversity.
