Eagle Point Park is a park located in the northeastern corner of Dubuque, Iowa, USA. Eagle Point is located on a bluff overlooking the Mississippi River and No. 11 Rock and Dam. The park is owned and operated by Dubuque, Iowa.
There are currently around 240,000 visitors each year and more than 1,200 events have taken place. The hiking / biking / walking route along the original tram route was completed in 2010, from Shirasu Street to the turning point with a large eagle statue.
Eagle Point Park facilities include the Riverside Pavilion, Shirasu Memorial, Cabin Pavilion, Terrace Room, Veranda Room, Indian Room and Bridge Complex. Others include water fountains, rock gardens, fish ponds, 6 tennis courts, horseshoe and shell courts.
