Greystone Mansion and Park

Contact

Constructed in 1928 for the boy of the famous oil magnate Baron, the magnificent Greystone Mansion & Gardens is encircled by 18.5 acres of luxurious urban park area. Previously recognized as Doheny Mansion, it is today a documented historical site in Beverly Hills.

Graystone frequently provides a breathtaking background for social and cultural events, photography and commerce, weddings and social occasions. In addition, since 1965, when the estate was rented to the American Film Institute, Graystone has starred in numerous well-known films.

Guests are encouraged to take a walk through two communal locations on the property: the nicely manicured official garden with a fountain in the center, as well as the swimming pool and the courtyard.

The park area is usually open to the public on a daily basis, but can sometimes be locked down for festivals, shooting or specific occasions. On days of open parking, there is no parking fee or entrance to the park. Greystone Mansion & Gardens is available for specific purposes only.

All year round there are specific activities in the mansion, such as music and theater shows. Discover more about the background of this 18-acre property on a tour of the gardens and mansion. The city's experienced park rangers provide insight into the English Gothic architecture of the mansion, the life of the estate and the Doheny family, and how the city gained this pearl on a two-hour tour.
